  • You may contribute up to $600 toward education costs in order to unlock up to $5,400 in additional GI Bill benefits
  • Those eligible include active-duty members who have served at least two years on active duty
  • There are four categories of veteran eligibility depending on when and how long you served

Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR)

  • Provides up to $384 per month for full-time college education for up to 36 months
  • A minimum six-year service obligation in the Selected Reserve is required

Credit for Military Experience

In addition to lowering or eliminating your out-of-pocket educational costs, your military service can also help you finish your online USF degree faster.
